  14.    It is my hope that this product will fill the need that prompted you
  15.    to evaluate it.  If it does the job for you, I am interested in having

  20.    voice line, here at my office, for FREE technical assistance. I
  21.    provide complete technical support in two very important ways.

  23.    FIRST: I will provide, FREE, whatever help you need solving problems,
  24.    configuring, setting up, or installing any of my SlicWare products.

  26.    SECOND: If you are a registered user of ANY of my products, I will
  27.    provide limited free consulting in any matters relating to personal
  28.    computers. This can range from: how to use DOS commands; how to
  29.    install a Hard Drive on your computer; or the phone number of the
  30.    Direct Marketer who I think has exactly what you are looking for at
  31.    the best possible price. You will be able to tap the resources of
  32.    someone with over 10 years of experience dealing with personal
  33.    computers. I won't promise that I will always be immediately
  34.    available or even have the answer you need at the time you call, but,
  35.    I will do my best to find you a solution, and, as quickly as
  36.    possibly. If the solution requires printed text help, you may be
  37.    asked to forward a SASE.

  39.    Unlike most shareware authors, I enjoy taking time to talk to those
  40.    who use my software. Although I have a busy schedule, I don't mind
  41.    talking on the telephone as long as you have all of the pertinent
  42.    data assembled and you are ready with your question. I have found
  43.    from experience that most questions are best handled via E-Mail, as
  44.    the time involved in composing the message tends to help add some
  45.    clarity to the proper presentation of the problem. In any case, I
  46.    look forward to hearing from you.
